Authors Crew takes excellent care of your privacy. The information you give us through website forms or via call is used solely for the purpose of order processing. We don't misuse your information or sell it to any third party. Furthermore, we provide the following amenities to our customers who choose to give us their information:
- To view what data we have on you, if any.
- Correct/Change any data we have on you.
- Ask us to erase any information that we have on you.
- Express any doubts that you may have about our usage of your data.

At Authors Crew, we pay special attention to your security. Your data is kept secure with us. We don't use/misuse your information or send spam emails to you without your consent. Moreover, if you subscribe to our newsletter and wish to unsubscribe, you can do so easily.

Information You Provide:
When you place an order with Authors Crew or create an account, you are required to provide us with the following information:
- You have to voluntarily provide personal information, including information you provide when you create an account, purchase our services, or contact us.

- Payment information (your credit card number, expiration date, delivery address, billing address, banking account, and tax-related information).x

Refund Policy:
We hold ourselves accountable for the work that we provide you. Please read and understand our refund policy to know how we protect your rights and interests. Authors Crew offer refunds in cases and conditions defined below:
Change Of Mind:
The customer is entitled to a 100% refund before our writers/editors start your project.
If (for any reason) you have a change of mind and decide not to continue your project with us after your order has been placed, you can ask for a refund within one hour of your order being placed. A 15% processing fee will be deducted in other cases.
Incompetent Delivery:
If you get work that doesn't align with what you have ordered, you are entitled to claim for a refund; however, only when you have exhausted all the options postulated below;
- At Authors Crew, our writers work to satisfy your requirements. If you are not happy with our work, we offer unlimited revisions so that the project is up to mark with your needs.
- If your project is not in direct accordance with its requirements (as requested by you).
- If we're still not able to produce what you asked for, a refund will be processed with mutual agreement on a pre-decided percentage (but only in the cases where the delivery is completely off the mark).
Refund Limitations:
- • In case of late delivery due to minor technical errors, such as analytic, typing, word count, missing sources, etc., refunds will be processed with mutual understanding. Authors Crew will only settle with partial refunds or discounts reserved for future purchases.
- The company (Authors Crew) will not be responsible for any delay from the client's end.
- Once the project has been completed, you are not eligible for a 100% refund. The amount of the refund (if any) is completely under the discretion of the Authors Crew.
